Your health challenges are your own. I really get that, as I too have had my own scary health challenges to overcome. Though it was a large mountain to overcome, I eventually got through to the other side.  But I’m not going to tell you that it was easy, or that I have no more health problems. It takes a lot of time, effort, and hard work to resolve chronic conditions!

While I have certainly improved my overall health and well-being, I would say that the improvement is at about 98% of optimal. 

I’ve worked very hard to get to that place, and, if you’re like me, you’re also striving for that clean bill of health, along with the vitality and energy that comes with it.
