Change Your Subconscious Mind, Transform Your Health

Women are taking their health into their hands which stands for something today. You’re looking for something more meaningful in your life. 

Through personal empowerment we are finally looking deeper into our hearts, listening to our inner voice and desiring more.

The areas in your life that you’ve paved for yourself have opened up so much joy and abundance. 

However, when examining the deeper parts of our brain we can value and really appreciate the mind and its vast complexity. 

You can actually reprogramme to work in your favor.  According to the modern cellular biologist of our time, Bruce H. 

Lipton states that when your conscious mind is no longer in control it goes deep within. This is part of how you tend to process things. 

Did you know that 95% of the day you are in deep thought subconsciously and out of that 75% of the time the programs in our minds are disempowering limiting beliefs and self-sabotaging patterns of behavior?

 This basically means that 95% of the day in your lifetime your intentions, wishes, dreams and desires are usually automatically subconscious with no awareness of these negative behaviors.

However when you reprogram your subconscious mind to work in your favor, you can actually generate more joy in your life, better health, wealth and abundance. 

Simple Natural Ways to Increase More Abundance In Life 

**First, self-hypnosis can shut the programming of the conscious mind and activate the subconscious mind. By turning on  and listening to positive programs daily the subconscious mind is now activated. 

Fact about the Subconscious Mind: 

  • Your vibration drop from alpha to theta when you’re at rest, now your subconscious mind is woking
  • You want to override the subconscious with the conscious
  • The subconscious is a million times stronger.
  • You want to get the subconscious mind to work in your favor b/c
  • The subconscious programs are not allowing us to recognize/realize what we want…wants to do its own thing.
  • You want your subconscious mind to work in your favor (b/c it processes things neighly 500x more than the unconscious mind.

**Secondly,  in order to create dreams and desires is through repetition. Speaking positive, kind and nurturing words to yourself can actually transform your life on all levels

**Thirdly, a modern technique called energy psychology can shift one’s reality which is a simple process that focuses on the right and left brain hemisphere synchronicity.  It allows for both lobes of the brain to work together creating “super learning”. 

Conclusion:

So you can ideally make dramatic changes to your life. There are people doing it everyday. Be aware that there will be resistance and noise at first. 

However, without any reprogramming of the subconscious mind using awareness and mindfulness your brain will continue to think negative thoughts and life will be a vicious cycle. 

Once you start completing this daily your mind will not be happy with your choice of trying to reprogram it.

Remember, no matter what you’re going through, whether it be trauma or scars you carry…you are beautiful in every way. 

Believe this and own your truth. We are not the victims of our circumstances. 

We all have suffered, been through loneliness, fear and loss. It’s how we react to our own story/circumstances will determine our path in life!
